Putting it on your home screen.

Surf is a progressive web app, so it installs from the browser rather than a store. Once installed it opens in its own window with no browser chrome, and gets an icon alongside everything else.

iPhone and iPad

  1. 1Open Surf in Safari.
  2. 2Tap the share button.
  3. 3Choose Add to Home Screen.

Android

  1. 1Open Surf in Chrome.
  2. 2Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. 3Choose Install app.

Mac and Windows

  1. 1Open Surf in Chrome or Edge.
  2. 2Click the install icon in the address bar.
  3. 3Choose Install.
